Barry S. Ranshi

Barry S. Ranshi serves as of counsel focusing exclusively on civil litigation. Mr. Ranshi is a lifelong resident of Louisiana. He attended the University of New Orleans (B.A.) and graduated Summa Cum Laude in Political Science and International Relations. Mr. Ranshi attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law (J.D.) In law school, he was a member of the Loyola law Clinic, the Real Estate Law Society, and on the Board of the Criminal Law Society. He studied abroad at the University of Wien in Vienna, Austria, University of Cuernavaca, Mexico, Mexico City, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil earning a Certificate in International Law. Mr. Ranshi graduated near the top of his class and was a member of Loyola Bar Review.
After Law School Mr. Ranshi became Chief Law Clerk for Section “J” in Orleans Criminal District Court. Currently, Mr. Ranshi works appeals and civil litigation including personal injury suits. He brings extensive knowledge of litigation through his experience in the court room Mr. Ranshi has worked on many political campaigns for both State and Local officials. He has participated in the City of New Orleans Civic Leadership Academy and the Institute of Politics at Loyola University New Orleans. In his free time, Mr. Ranshi is an avid New Orleans Saints supporter and proud member of the Krewe of Endymion.
