Mr. Weiser was born and raised in New Orleans graduating from Benjamin Franklin High School.  Mr. Weiser attended Loyola University of New Orleans and earning a Bachelors of Arts Degree with Honors. Mr. Weiser gratuated from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans earning a degrees in Civil and International Law. In 2009 Mr. Weiser opened the Weiser Law Firm initially as a general practice law firm. Mr. Weiser has successfully represented clients in most courts in Sourtheast Louisiana and the Baton Rouge Area. He has a large amount of civil and criminal jury trial experience and prides himself as a true “Trial Attorney”. Mr. Weiser’s passions are travel, sports, and learning about various cultures.

 Mr. Weiser iadmitted to practice law in all state courts in Louisiana. He is admitted to the Federal Eastern District of Louisiana and the Federal Western District of Louisiana. He has pro hac viced for cases in various other jursidictions in Texas. He is a Notary Public for the State of Louisiana.

Leadership , Membership & Honors

While in Law School Mr. Weiser clerked for various attorneys in the New Orleans Area. He was also the President of the Criminal Law Society, Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys at Loyola, and a member of the International Law Society. Harold E. Weiser was a committee member of the Trial Advocacy Program at Loyola and his final year he did Trial work with the Loyola Law Clinic.

Mr. Weiser is currently a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Institute of Trial Advocacy, New Orleans Bar Association, Jefferson Bar Association, and a Graduate of the National Criminal Defense Trial College.
